getting a title (ingame)

i think i should get a title for this i am the first to get every skill too 99 (not smith ocourse because the smithing shopstill dont work...)so i think i should get the title of getting every skill too 99 (Non-staff because staff member can just do ::master and ::pure and they get everything 99)

smithing shop dooes work its the normal skiller guy he has the bars and the hammer
