-> has the player proved himself on forums more than in game nope but ive been on forum loads
-> has the player proved themselves on the chatbox more than in game no but im always on chatbox
-> has the player followed ::modinfo and shown to others and staff they can do it well yes i did
-> has the player ever broken any rules yes flaming but thats over
-> has the player ever been banned nope
-> has the player ever asked for a staff position (doing so will lower your chances) nope
-> staff meeting to decide who is the best person for the job and a group agreement. idk if i gotta answer this
