this is weownyou33 and i have a complaint about empire. he muted me just for killing him at ::mass today and coming home and saying that he got owned. i said it because he jailed my cuzon killerwild10 for killing him too with me.
here is some proof:

Wow empire gl you big abuser. All these show proof you abuse your power way to much for one day.

Annoying as it is, this evidence is strong enough to suggest you should be demoted.
(Along with all the other posts i can see about you abusing which i've ignored in the past)

Here is my reasoning: (Aimed at you, Empire)

1)

Quote: "You can't mute someone without reason, that's called abuse"
Your Reply: "Dude, i just did"

This shows that you know you're abusing, you obviously don't care, and you will therefore carry on abusing.

2)

Muting somone for seemingly no reason and then giving the reason "you make me sick" is not a good enough reason to mute somone.

3)

Quote: "Stop abusing your power"
Your Reply: "Nope, he gotta stop talking to me"

This is clear abuse. You can't make somone stop talking to you and muting them until they do. Muting is for excessive flaming, spamming or advertisements etc.

Therefore, I am sorry to say that Empire will now be demoted from his moderator status, however he will have a chance to produce evidence against it and argue his case.
